Pork Shoulder - Picnic - Pulled Pork

This was an 11.5 lb Picnic Pork Shoulder. Here, it has just been taken out of the Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM) smoker, after reaching the magic 195°F in 19.75 hours. See procedure, here.
